The short answer
What is the Ukulele Duo meme?
Ukulele Duo AI is a TikTok template meme where two people's photos are dropped into a famous kitchen clip of one man strumming a ukulele while the other sings Fredo Bang's "Oouuh", and AI Meme Videos makes your version from two photos in 5 seconds, sound included.
The ukulele duo meme takes one very recognisable piece of footage, two men in a small kitchen, one quietly strumming a ukulele and the other singing straight into the phone, and puts two new people in their place. The joke is who ends up in the kitchen: an unlikely pair, a couple, two friends or two people dressed up for Halloween.
The footage it copies is an acoustic take of Fredo Bang's song "Oouuh" with ukulele player Einer Bankz; on TikTok the sound is labelled "original sound" credited to Einerbankz, and captions call it the "Fredo Bang ooouuh" or "Pioneer" trend. Who first turned it into a photo template is unconfirmed.
In early October 2026 it spread as a CapCut photo template under the name Ukulele Duo Pioneer. Nearly every popular post we found is a template tutorial that opens with a few finished results (each about four to five seconds, all in the same kitchen with the same audio) and then shows how to use the template.
The trend is past its peak. The burst radar marked it as fading on 27 October 2026, about three and a half weeks after the first tutorials we saw. On AI Meme Videos you can still make it from two photos: the first person plays the ukulele on the left, the second sings on the right, and the original audio is added to the clip.
4 steps
How to do the Ukulele Duo trend
Upload two photos
One adult per photo, face clearly visible. The first plays the ukulele on the left, the second sings on the right.
Pick a model and quality
Standard at 720p is the default and costs 10 credits; 480p costs 5.
Generate
In a few minutes you get a 5-second clip of the two of you in the kitchen, audio already on it.
Post it
Tag the other person and add #ukuleleduo or #fredobang; a caption about who really carries the duo fits.
Beat by beat
The 5-second clip, beat by beat
Timed from the original clip. Every render follows this sheet.
| Time | Beat | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| 0-1s | The first strum | Left, eyes on the strings; right, a hand near the mouth as the singing starts. |
| 1-3s | The verse | The singer nods along and moves one hand with the words while the ukulele keeps time. |
| 3-4.5s | The swing | The singer's hand swings out on the beat; the player glances up at the camera. |
| 4.5-5s | The grin | The singer cracks a big smile and the ukulele plays on to the end. |
Under the hood
Where it came from and how it is made
The kitchen clip itself is older than the trend. It shows Einer Bankz, the ukulele player known for acoustic remixes with rappers, and Fredo Bang performing "Oouuh"; a YouTube upload titled "Fredo bang- Oouuh & Father with Einer Bankz" showed about 482,000 views when we checked on 2 November 2026. Its original upload date is unconfirmed.
The earliest template posts we found are from @lemonglow83 on 2 October 2026. One of them, with about 2.9 million views on 2 November, opens with the hooded figure and blonde singer shown on this page. Another by the same account, about 936,000 views, starts with the real Einer Bankz and Fredo Bang footage, which is where our 5-second motion reference comes from.
Other big tutorials include @bellarae205 (about 1.8 million views, 4 October) and @mayaedit1578 (about 563,000 views, 12 October). The burst radar recorded the trend as fading on 27 October 2026, and the newest post in our set is from 15 October.

Two seats, fixed
Photo one is always the ukulele player on the left and photo two is always the singer on the right, so you choose who sings.
The same kitchen
White cabinets, the closed door and the warm overhead light stay exactly as in the original footage, which is what makes the clip read instantly as this meme.
You stay you
Faces, hair, build, skin tone and clothes come from your photos. Nobody gets a cap, a striped shirt or a gold chain unless they are wearing one.
Timing from the original
A 5-second motion reference cut from the original kitchen footage sets the strumming, the hand moves and the grin at the end.
The hook on top
The audio from the same five seconds of the source is laid under the finished clip, so the singing lines up with the mouth movement as closely as the render allows.
Straight talk
Before you upload
For the best result
- Put the louder friend second. The second photo becomes the singer, the one with all the expression, so give that seat to whoever would ham it up.
- Full body works best. Both people are seen from roughly the knees up, so photos showing the whole outfit give the render real clothes to keep.
- Contrast is the joke. The most shared versions pair two people who do not belong together, or two people in costumes. A serious photo next to a goofy one works well.
- Faces forward. Photos where each person faces the camera keep the likeness best; side profiles and sunglasses make it harder.
Good to know
- Two photos in, one 5-second vertical clip out.
- Photo one plays the ukulele on the left, photo two sings on the right.
- The kitchen, light and camera come from the original footage; your clothes and looks come from your photos.
- The original acoustic audio is added under the clip.
- The trend peaked in early to mid October 2026 and was marked as fading on 27 October.
- Standard 720p costs 10 credits, 480p costs 5; credits come back if a render fails.
Questions at the fence
Ukulele Duo FAQ
What is the Ukulele Duo AI meme?
Ukulele Duo AI is a TikTok template meme where two people's photos replace a kitchen duo, one strumming a ukulele and one singing Fredo Bang's "Oouuh", and AI Meme Videos makes your own 5-second version from two photos.
How do I make a Ukulele Duo AI video?
On AI Meme Videos you upload two photos, keep Standard 720p or pick 480p, and press generate; the 5-second Ukulele Duo AI clip comes back in a few minutes with the audio on it.
How much does a Ukulele Duo AI video cost?
A Ukulele Duo AI video on AI Meme Videos costs 10 credits at the default Standard 720p and 5 credits at 480p. If the 5-second render fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically.
What song is in the ukulele duo trend?
The Ukulele Duo AI trend uses an acoustic take of "Oouuh" by Fredo Bang with Einer Bankz on ukulele, and AI Meme Videos adds the same 5 seconds of audio under your render. On TikTok the sound appears as "original sound" credited to Einerbankz.
Who are the two men in the original ukulele duo clip?
The kitchen footage behind Ukulele Duo AI shows ukulele player Einer Bankz and rapper Fredo Bang, going by a YouTube upload with that title and matching footage. AI Meme Videos does not put their faces in your 5-second clip; your two photos replace them.
Which photo plays the ukulele and which one sings?
In AI Meme Videos' Ukulele Duo AI generator the first photo always plays the ukulele on the left and the second photo always sings on the right for the full 5 seconds, so upload the singer second.
Is this the CapCut Ukulele Duo Pioneer template?
No: AI Meme Videos is not CapCut, and its Ukulele Duo AI generator is a separate tool that renders the 5-second duet from your photos on this site. The TikTok tutorials point to a CapCut template, which you would use inside the CapCut app.
Is the ukulele duo trend still popular?
Ukulele Duo AI is past its peak: AI Meme Videos' trend radar marked it as fading on 27 October 2026, after big tutorial posts in early and mid October. The clip still works as a 5-second in-joke between two friends.
Can I use one photo with two people in it?
AI Meme Videos' Ukulele Duo AI generator expects two separate photos, one adult each, so crop a group picture into two before uploading. Each photo becomes one person in the 5-second clip.
Can I make a Ukulele Duo AI video of celebrities?
AI Meme Videos' Ukulele Duo AI generator is meant for photos of you and another adult who agrees to it, not for faking public figures. TikTok has many celebrity versions, but 5-second clips made here should show people who said yes.
How long is the clip and what shape is it?
Every Ukulele Duo AI video from AI Meme Videos is 5 seconds long, the length of the original kitchen moment, and vertical by default for TikTok, Reels and Shorts.
