The short answer

What is the Plug Walk AI Filter meme?

The Plug Walk AI filter is a TikTok trend where someone on a street corner is handed a dollar through a car window and breaks into a dance to Rich The Kid's "Plug Walk", and AI Meme Videos makes your 14-second version from one photo.

Plug Walk AI is a short street prank in reverse. The camera sits in the driver's seat at a junction. Someone is waiting on the corner, the car rolls up, a hand pushes a one-dollar bill out of the passenger window, they take it with a grin, step back to the curb and start dancing the moment the beat drops.

The song is "Plug Walk" by Rich The Kid, a 2018 rap track that already had its own strutting meme. The new AI version swaps in anyone: a football player in his jersey, a construction worker in high-vis trousers, a celebrity look-alike, even a French bulldog on its back legs. Who gets the dollar is the whole joke.

Most clips we checked were made with a CapCut template and tagged #plugwalk; the finished posts all share the same set-up of car window, dollar and corner dance.

On AI Meme Videos you upload one photo of yourself, or of the friend you want to put on that corner. The generator keeps their face and outfit, plays out the dollar hand-off and the dance, and lays the song under the 14-second clip.

4 steps

How to do the Plug Walk AI Filter trend

Upload one photo

A full-body or waist-up photo of the person who should be on the corner, face to the camera.

Pick a model and quality

Standard at 720p is the default and costs 10 credits; 480p costs 5.

Generate

In a few minutes you get a 14-second clip: the dollar through the window, then the dance.

Post it

Tag it #plugwalk; the trend works best when the person on the corner is the last one anyone expects to dance.

Beat by beat

The 14-second clip, beat by beat

Timed from the original clip. Every render follows this sheet.

Time	Beat	What happens
0-2.5s	At the lights	From the driver's seat, the person waits on the far corner.
2.5-3.5s	Pull up	The camera swings to the open passenger window.
3.5-6.5s	The dollar	A hand holds out a one-dollar bill; they walk up, take it and laugh.
6.5-9s	Back to the curb	They step back, pointing at the camera, already bouncing.
9-14s	Plug walk	Knees bent, arms swinging across the body, a shoulder roll, one arm up to finish.

Under the hood

You on the corner

Face, hair, clothes and shoes come from your photo, so the person taking the dollar is clearly you.

No team kit

The reference shows a football jersey; the prompt drops every number, badge and logo and dresses you in your own clothes.

Shot for shot

A reference cut from the most watched finished post fixes the junction, the window, the hand-off and the dance timing.

The song

The picture renders silently, then the matching 14 seconds of the original post's audio are laid under it.

Straight talk

Before you upload

For the best result

Full body helps. The dance shows legs and shoes, so a photo that includes them gives the generator less to guess.
Pick a funny outfit. Uniforms, suits and work clothes were the most shared versions; a dressed-up dancer is part of the joke.
Adults only. Use a photo of an adult who is happy to be in the clip.
Pets are on TikTok, not here. A dancing dog version exists, but this generator is set up for a person.

Good to know

One photo in, one 14-second vertical clip out.
A dollar through the car window, then a dance on the corner.
Your face and clothes; no team kit, numbers or logos.
The trend's audio is laid under the clip after it renders.
Standard 720p costs 10 credits, 480p costs 5; credits come back if a render fails.
The trend is past its peak and has dropped off our radar's active list.
